Tintoreras Islet

Tintoreras Islet

Shark Channel & Snorkeling

Depending on your preferred schedule, our guide will meet you at your hotel to head to the pier. We will board a comfortable vessel (16-passenger capacity) accompanied by a certified naturalist guide.

After a scenic 30 to 40-minute coastal navigation—where you can spot blue-footed boobies and pelicans—we will make a dry landing. A 40-minute walk through volcanic formations and mangroves will lead us to the famous Shark Channel, a natural resting site for white-tip reef sharks (Tintoreras). The adventure continues with a snorkeling session to swim alongside sea turtles, marine iguanas, sea lions, and the rare Galapagos penguins.
